I started with TC Clarke, now Clarke Services Group, in 2022 as a Draftsman in the Cabinetmaking division. As I grew in my role, I was given the opportunity to have more responsibilities such as purchasing and ordering of materials. I then asked Scott if I could transition into a Project Manager role to further develop my professional skills. With their support, I have quickly been able to move into various roles that support the 24/7 Facilities Maintenance business. The senior staff in the Facilities Maintenance team also prioritise work and and customise my workflow to give me exposure and access to skills I can transfer through my career.
